Question 1

What cleaning services can I request in Atlanta?

Accepted Answer

Atlanta homeowners and renters can request routine, deep, move-in, and move-out cleaning for a home or apartment. Property managers and apartment communities can request apartment turnover and shared-area cleaning. Businesses can request commercial cleaning. Elevate currently serves Atlanta, Georgia.

Question 2

Where does Elevate currently serve?

Accepted Answer

The current service area is Atlanta, Georgia. A submitted request is reviewed before service is arranged; sending one does not guarantee availability.

Question 3

How are cleaning estimates calculated, and what are the reference prices?

Accepted Answer

You can see a nonbinding per-cleaning estimate based on the service and details about the space: home size or commercial square footage, the areas to be serviced, condition, preferred frequency, and any enabled add-ons. Current Atlanta planning points are $190 for a 3-bedroom routine clean, $310 for deep cleaning, $350 for move-out cleaning, and $0.14 per commercial square foot. These are reference benchmarks, not guaranteed or market-wide rates; your estimate may differ based on the details you provide.

Question 4

Is a touch-up included?

Accepted Answer

Every cleaning includes one free touch-up three weeks after the initial cleaning, with no separate touch-up charge.

Question 5

Do I need an account, and what happens after I send a request?

Accepted Answer

You do not need a customer account to send a request. Your submission is a nonbinding estimate/request only: it does not confirm a booking or appointment, reserve your preferred date or time, take payment, or create a charge. The owner follows up by phone to arrange service and collect payment in advance. Service is confirmed only after payment is received, or the owner has discussed and explicitly authorized an exception, and the service date and time are arranged.

Question 6

Can I ask for recurring cleaning?

Accepted Answer

You can submit a one-time, weekly, every-two-weeks, monthly, or undecided frequency preference. Frequency is a preference for the estimate/request only; it does not create a recurring contract or a billed total.

Question 7

How can an Atlanta-area cleaning professional apply?

Accepted Answer

Cleaning professionals in the Atlanta area can apply by sharing their name, email, service area, and whether they offer residential or commercial cleaning. Elevate reviews applications. Submitting an application does not create a provider profile or confirm acceptance.
